I can't believe that it has been 13 years since our country was changed
forever. Having a husband who serves in the military and has deployed
overseas make it's incredibly personal for me and so many others. We
will never forget those who lost their lives that day. We will never
forget those brave men and women who lost their lives defending our
freedoms.
We will always support and love their families.
Kyle and I have visited ground zero and feeling the emotions that run through it is something that I will never forget. Seeing the memorials that now stand in the place of the twin towers was an indescribable feeling. Also knowing that on that day we almost lost a great mentor and friend in the attack on the pentagon.
We will always remember and we will always honor those lost.
We will always remember and we will always honor those lost.
Never Forget!
I will always be proud to be an American!
We have been watching 9/11 footage all week. It makes me so incredibly sad and angry all at the same time.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful post. Nicely written.
Never Forget.
ReplyDeleteI hope for continued healing for everyone directly and indirectly affected by the attacks, and that this world will one day become a place where things like that won't happen any more..
ReplyDeleteIt is truly crazy how close to home it hits when you are a military family. Always proud to be an American on days like today and everyday.
