I know we are still a few weeks away from the official start of fall but I am excited. Of course living in any desert climate you aren't treated to traditional fall weather. I love the fun of hay rides, pumpkin patches, leaves changing, hot chocolate on a cold night, and bundling up on the couch.
1. Sweater Weather and Autumn Sky candles from Bath and Body Works. They smell so good and are perfect for fall.
2. Starbucks Salted Caramel Mocha. This is usually one of the only times I will get actual coffee at Starbucks. I tried it last year and loved it.
3. I am obsessed with the Apple & Spice Febreze. I am already using it in my house and it's the perfect fall smell.
4. Riding Boots! I am so ready to break mine out and wear them haha. I might even splurge and buy new ones this year.
5. Pumpkin Carving! We will likely do this early because we will be moving during that time. So in honor of this here is our pumpkin carving photo from last year:
6. Baking! I am a baking maniac during the fall months. There is nothing better than fresh baked cookies, cupcakes, fritters, and pies. Every fall I make these mice treats that my Mom used to make, they are always a hit.
What are some of your fall favorites?!
I've never tried any of the Bath and Body Works fall candles. I'll have to check them out! :)
ReplyDeleteThey are amazing! I always stock up when they are on sale. :)
DeleteAs soon as my countertops are installed, I'll be baking up a storm. I'm hoping to decorate for fall this weekend! I think I'm going to look for that Febreze. We go through a lot of that stuff.
ReplyDeleteFishy's face in that photo is hysterical!
ReplyDeleteI love Fall, and I can't wait for the cooler (well cool for Florida) weather. I love baking, but it is still too hot here to bake until winter. I love the return of college football during the Fall too. I am going to make some wings and cheese dip this weekend to celebrate.
ReplyDeleteBOOTS!! By far one of the best "fall inventions" ever. Hahahaha.
ReplyDeleteI hope to be able to take the girls to one of the only local corn mazes before it is cut down in mid-September. And I want to go apple picking with them, collect acorns and chestnuts for decoration and crafts, and hopefully find my perfect pair of boots this year :-) Enjoy fall!!!
ReplyDeleteThat all sounds awesome! :) I hope you get to do it all.
DeleteThose are all great! I love all bath & body works candles. I have them all over our house haha.
ReplyDeleteSunflowers & Love
I am totally in the fall mood. I have yet to pull out the warmer scented candles, but its coming!
ReplyDeleteI smelled the Autumn Sky candle in B&BW today. It smelt soooo good!
ReplyDeleteI love Apple & Spice scent from Febreeze! That reminds me I have a fall-scented Glade cartridge to use!
ReplyDeleteI love fall as well but here in Indiana that means winter is just around the corner. Hopefully we won't have another arctic winter like last year's winter. Makes me long for warmer climates. Some day, when I retire. Hope all your moving plans are going well. How exciting for you and Kyle about to start a new journey. Can't wait to read all about it!
ReplyDeletePumpkin spice candles, perfect fall temps (everywhere but Georgia apparently), and football!
ReplyDeleteYou're the second person to mention the Salted Caramel Mocha. I need to see if the coffee place on base can make it because it sounds amazing.
ReplyDeleteI love fall and miss the midwest falls. Fall scents are my absolute FAVORITES!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI bought my first B&BW candle last year because you mentioned them. You're right, they're awesome! I like the multiple wicks.
ReplyDeleteI love boot weather, too! I've got a pair that I love collecting dust in my closet. Hopefully I can bust them out sooner rather than later.
ReplyDeleteThis makes me want fall to be here much sooner! It's my favorite season for sure! I love anything pumpkin. I bake pumpkin cookies, light pumpkin candles and always stock up on all things pumpkin to bring me into the next seasons. I'm kind of obsessed! Lol.
ReplyDeleteI loved reading all of your fall favorites, Jen! I too love candles. I have found that in the fall I hoard pumpkin spice candles from anywhere I can find until they come out the following year! I also cannot wait to break out my riding boots and LL Bean Boots. There is something so refreshing about escaping the exhausting heat and have a reason to wear a comfy pullover sweater. I hope all is well with you!!! :)
