Hahahaha- I got it and thought- oh goodness, the good old "send me money because I'm stranded" bit. Glad to hear I'm not ignoring a plea of help, rather a scam :D
Those emails make me laugh. I didn't get one from you but I know of someone (well, she's completely naive) but she actually did send money ~ something like $4k ... Once we told her she was being scammed it was incredible the lengths she went to to try and get her money back. Unbelievable.
I had this feeling you weren't in the Philippines! I've had a couple of friends hacked before like this :-\
