Happy Wednesday!

We are now less than 1 week away from the packers/movers coming! Part of me is panicking because it feels like we still have so much to do. This weekend we will be separating what we are keeping with us since we will still be in the house for over a week before we officially move to Texas. We will basically be camping in our own house but nothing wrong with lawn chairs and an air mattress haha. As I was cleaning out the spare room I came across one of Emma's old beds so I set it on the couch and this is what she did:

Haha! She just couldn't decide which bed she wanted to be in.

Kyle is beyond ready to be done with MICCC, it just seems like no one in the class is really concerned about learning anything. They just want to complain and be annoying (I have witnessed this on several occasions). He will graduate on the 18th and will finally be able to move onto the next chapter in his career which will be a job as a company commander. Yay! He really deserves this opportunity and I know he will be amazing. It will be an amazing adventure for the both of us.

Oh!! I did try out the ice cream maker attachment and I can officially say that I am in love ! This was my first attempt: Triple Chocolate ice cream. OMG! It's amazing!!! Next on my list is raspberry sorbet. Doesn't look like we will be buying store bought ice cream anymore.

I hope you all have a great day!!

  3. Camping in your own house is always fun!

That ice cream looks so good! It is another reason to get the stand mixer. I love ice cream, but hate paying for it at the store.

  6. That ice cream looks delicious! It sucks that Kyle has has to deal with whinny people. I could never understand why some people were so dead set against learning anything especially since it's to help your career. At least he's almost done so y'all can begin a new adventure!

  8. I love that she can't decide what bed she wants. Kind of like going from a new home from an old home (she understands what you are going through!)

Great job on the ice cream. Looks delicious!

  14. Not gonna lie, camping out in an empty house is one of my favorite parts of moving. Granted, we haven't had to do it more than a couple days though. And that ice cream looks legit!
