Ready to Rest!

I am back from Disneyland again!!! On Thursday I flew to Vegas so I could go to Disneyland with my sister and niece for 3 days. We had such a blast!! The best part was watching Kylie run around and take pictures with the characters and get their autographs. I am beginning to realize that I could never get sick of going to Disneyland, it is such a magical place and so special! Of course no trip is complete without someone getting hurt haha, I decided it would be fun to trip and twist up my ankle pretty good:

Pretty, huh?! LOL

Here are a few pictures from the trip:

Kylie is such a HAM!!!

Now it is time to settled in to some normalcy. Kyle started his first school yesterday that will last until the 25th of July, he will then start the CCC which will last until January 3rd. Lately we have been throwing around more options of where we want to go afterwards. Obviously Fort Lewis and Fort Carson are still on the list, but now we have been approached by a good friend (who will be a brigade commander) asking about our feelings of maybe going to Fort Bliss. Our options are open and will see what happens. We should find out around October where we will be headed.

I hope everyone has had a great weekend and enjoy your 4th of July!!!

  1. I hope there are some great places to choose from on the list. There were slim pickings for us! Also, looks like you had a great second trip to Disneyland. I'm like you - I never tire of Disney!

  2. Good gosh. I hope your ankle didn't hurt as bad as it looks like it did =/ That's no fun!

I've never been to disneyland. I went to disney world once when I was 11, and i've always wanted to go back

  3. owe! take care of that ankle!

  4. you niece is adorble, but owie on the foot :-( That does not look good.

  5. Hi! Just stumbled across your blog. Very sweet! And oh my lord, your ankle! You poor thing!

Glad you arrived home mostly safe and sound : )

Check out our blog when you get a moment.

  6. We just got back from visiting friends at Fort Bliss and we had a great time! I'm sure you'll make the right decision when the time comes.

Your niece is ADORABLE! She looks like so much fun. Your ankle, on the other hand, doesn't look so fun. Hope it's feeling better.

Love hearing from you!! :)
