My Favorite Things

Let's see what is on my list of favorite things!

This date night jar. Kyle and I always have the hardest time deciding what to do, so I thought it would be fun to put together a jar like this. I saw it online and knew it had to be done.

This pet booster seat for Emma. She always has the hardest time getting comfortable on road trips and I saw this on Amazon so I decided to give it a shot. Wow what a difference it made. She loves it and slept the whole time.

My view during my runs! The weather is changing and it's absolutely beautiful.

This mug I found at Target, it was on the clearance rack for $3 and I couldn't pass it up. It's now one that I use a lot.

My in training shirt for the Pixie Dust Challenge! It's an exclusive directly through Disney and it's only available through November 4th. I had to have it haha.

What are some of your favorite things lately?

Have a great weekend and a wonderful (and safe) Halloween!

  1. Love the mug! I'm collecting Starbucks City Mugs and am always sooo excited to get a new one :-) The pixie dust shirt is awesome, too. Violet would be so, so jealous! Never saw booster seats for pets. Here in Germany, they usually ride in travelling cages, but glad that Emma is comfortable in her new seat!! I think I'd have a date jar, too, but there would only be red sticks in there :-) Enjoy your weekend!

  3. Love the date night jar! I am making a packet style one with gift cards or cash inside that I have saved up. I love the jar idea though, so smart. I am loving fall nail polish. The darker colors are my favorite.

  5. I always want to make a date night jar or something similar, because we end up doing the sammmme things...and then I forget to make this. Thanks for the reminder! I snagged the same mugs. Jason and I are going to spend Thanksgiving just the 2 of us this year and I wanted something cute and they were like less than $3!

  7. We have a booster seat for Lexi too! She hates being tethered, so she whines a lot. But she does like being at window height and I have her in the front seat so she likes to put her face directly in front of the vents' air flow.

  8. I need that seat for Diego! We harness him to the seatbelt so he chills out but I think he'd like that better.

  9. I enjoy mugs. Recently I bought one from Pioneer Woman's collection at Walmart. It's almost like the shape yours is with a foot under it. Would like more but I have way too many mugs now that I don't want to part with. Your date night jar is a neat idea.

  10. The red, yellow, and orange leaves. They're so vibrant in KS...I thought NOVA was beautiful in the fall...Kansas City may have them beat! :)

  12. I love the date night jar! I wish my husband and I could go on more dates but babysitters can be pricey. However, in a few years our daughter will be old enough to be on her own so we plan on going on more dates then! I can't wait.

  17. That little doggy seat is so cute!! I wish my cats would stay in one in the car, haha. We have to keep them in their crates or they'll climb on the dashboard!
