Let me first say that I have not dressed up for Halloween in probably 10 years, yes I know that's a long time. Kyle and I aren't big on Halloween parties and we usually just sit outside and pass out candy. However, this year will be different. I am spending Halloween with my sister and the kids so I figured I would dress up (a somewhat last minute decision lol)
It took me a while to decide on a costume and this is what I chose:

Haha how awesome is this?! I ordered it from Amazon and it will arrive
today, just in time for my trip to Florida tomorrow. I did make Kyle
promise me that he will dress up as Waldo next year (he is working this
year on Halloween), so we can be Waldo and Wenda. I think they are very fitting costumes for the secret nerds in us. lol.
It doesn't come with the tights so I am just going to wear skinny jeans and boots, since the weather might be a little rainy that day. It's going to be a fun day!
Are you dressing up for Halloween this year?!
Happy Wednesday!
Adorable costume!! Halloween is the best.
ReplyDeleteAwesome costume!! Can't wait to see the pics!!
ReplyDeleteThis is so cute!!
ReplyDeleteThat is such a flexible costume. I love it! It's probably been 10 years since I have dressed up as well.
ReplyDeleteHow cute! That's great you're spending Halloween in Florida with your sis. Tyler & I have never dressed up together for Halloween. In fact, this is the first time in 5 years that we will be together on the holiday! He was at OCS, then always in the field, and deployed last year. We only spent the first year together, but we stayed in, made dinner, and watched Halloween haha. He has surgery tomorrow so this year will be the same :)
ReplyDeleteI dressed up a lot when I was in college and single, but now that I'm married I really don't dress up much. So, I feel you.
ReplyDeleteLove your costume, it will be PERFECT for Halloween with the kids!
so cute! I'm trying to talk the bubs into dressing up as mario and luigi! my kids would LOVE it!
ReplyDeleteLove this! I've always wanted to do a couples costume and this is a great one. :)
ReplyDeleteThe HR team at my day job is dressing up like M&Ms and our HR Director is going to be the bag of M&Ms! Haha I can't wait! I told Andy he gets a pass for Halloween this year since he'll still be in LA, but next year I am forcing us to do a couple's costume!
ReplyDeleteHaha Mike and I did these matching costumes a couple of years ago for Halloween - so fun!! Have a great time in FL!
ReplyDeleteThe costume is awesome!

ReplyDeleteI love this idea so much and you're going to look so fab! Dane and I are dressing up this year (Judy, too!), but I don't want to let the cat outta the bag quite yet on what it is ;)

Adorable! I don't ever dress up either but this year Bennett keeps asking what I am going to be. I might have to come up with something last minute too!

ReplyDeleteAwww... I love your date jar and your outfit is ADORABLE! We're doing a family costume this year and I'm really excited for it!
