Emma and I made it safely to Vegas yesterday, here are a few pictures from our journey! It was an uneventful 11.5 hour drive and it was so great to surprise my Dad. We successfully kept it a secret from him that I was coming.

Yay for making it!! We did that drive from Arizona to Vegas so many times to visit family when we were stationed in Scottsdale on recruiting. Have fun!!

ReplyDeletenice photos along the way. I remember our trip from AZ to Alamogordo, NM, when we first arrived there, for my next duty station. Beautiful scenery and loved all the cactus in AZ that NM didn't have. Amazing how far you can see when driving for the first time from Organ Mountains into Alamogordo. Lots of lights that then turned into individual house lights. The desert is amazingly beautiful! Enjoy your time with your family. We are experiencing rain and wind and I'm a bit under the weather with a cold, praying it gets better by Monday cuz I go to work again! Sigh! Hugs!
