As usual it seems like every week just gets busier and busier. It makes me even more excited for our anniversary trip.
*Speaking of that trip we finally decided on a more low-key weekend. We are going to spend it at Inn of the Mountain Gods. Golfing, paddle boating, and just relaxing will be so nice.
*Yesterday we finally had our freezer looked. It seems as though the compressor is leaking and will cost $900 to replace (it's not even 2 years old), so either GE is going to do the right thing and pay to replace it or we will just purchase a new one.
*I am on day 20 of this cycle of clomid...I am actually feeling okay. I do feel slightly bloated but that is to be expected. I have to take a test next week so fingers crossed that it worked!

*Tonight is the farewell for our brigade commander's wife and my very dear friend, Kim. We have been working on this for weeks and while it has been stressful at times I think it will be wonderful. I finished the name tags yesterday and I am really happy with how they turned out.
*We are running a Father's Day 5k on Saturday, Kyle is such a good sport. He never complains when I tell him that I have registered us for another race lol.
*When I am in between meetings and FRG events I have been keeping occupied with Orange is the New Black and school work. Only 2 weeks left of these classes and I am so ready to start new ones lol.
You are a busy bee! :)
ReplyDeleteAh, I need to find time to watch the new season of Orange! I'm so excited about it, but John and I want to watch it at the same time!

ReplyDeleteWe are about 3 episodes into the new season of OITNB and it's good, but not as good as season one. Hopefully it picks up!
ReplyDeleteMy goodness girl, your schedule seems jam packed! Everyone is OBSESSED with that show and I have yet to watch it. I guess I need to take the time out and start haha.
ReplyDeleteMy fingers are crossed so tight for you!!!! I just started watching OITNB. Not sure what I think yet?!?!
ReplyDeleteThank you sweet friend! Yeah I was unsure of the show at first too.
DeleteYou amaze me at everything you do! I can barely hold down a part-time job without feeling like I'm going to lose my mind!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the farewell! And good luck with getting the fridge fixed.
ReplyDeleteMy husband does that too...one class right after another. You guys will be graduated soon that way, but it's still pretty brave to do. :) Here's to hoping the gathering goes off without a hitch and I do like the name tags. Good luck w/your tests!
ReplyDeleteFingers crossed!

ReplyDeleteMy husband is the same way with races, he's been very patient with my habit of registering first and asking questions later :P
ReplyDeleteBusy girl and not have heard of orange is the new black. I'll check it out. Not watching much tv these days, just a few fav a couple nights a week. Glad you are feeling ok and still running!
ReplyDeleteI hear so much about the Orange show. I think I need to sit down and watch an episode or season! Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteFingers crossed! I'm the absolute worst during the 2ww- so anxious. Your anniversary getaway will be fun! Ours is in two weeks :)
ReplyDeleteI think I am going to have to check out OITNB... I've had so many friends rave about it. Also, I've got my fingers crossed!
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you're staying busy! :)
ReplyDeleteEeek! Fingers and toes crossed for you! And i hope GE does the right thing and fixes that for you!
ReplyDeleteI don't understand why new appliances that are twice the price don't last while the old ones are still running. Good luck with all that!
ReplyDeleteI hope everything went great with the farewell you planed.
ReplyDeleteI swear appliance companies test their products and their warranties last just until the day before things start breaking :( I hope GE fixed it for you guys
