The Journey Begins...

Over the last year or so Kyle and I have been trying to have children. It hasn't been such an easy road for us, after several miscarriages last year we decided it was time to see a specialist. I finally went in to see my doctor last week and set up my referral, I should be hearing from the specialist tomorrow to schedule my first appointment. Thankfully Fort Bragg has one of the best infertility doctors and he has a very high success rate. There is nothing that we want more than to be parents, so hopefully with the doctors help we can make this dream come true.

Kyle and I have both been staying extremely busy with work. I have worked late almost everyday this week, we are getting more and more new clients which is awesome. A friend of mine interviewed for the receptionist job and I'm pretty sure she got it, so that will help tremendously! Kyle's work is of course unpredictable and changes all the time, but that's the Army for ya! We had an FRG meeting tonight so we got the training calendar for the next 4 months, I know it will change, but it's nice to know what will possibly be happening. Kyle is going to try and go to Ranger School this year just in case a deployment happens next year, I am really excited for him!

We are getting more and more excited to move into our new house. We have our move dates set up and have started getting our current house ready to be inspected. I am thankful that we have a month and a half to get ready. I hate being rushed so this is the best possible situation.

We are having dinner with Kyle's commander and his wife tomorrow night, it should be a good time. Plus, we are going to the Dogwood Festival in Fayetteville on Saturday, Gin Blossoms and Soul Asylum will be playing a free concert and we are really looking forward to that!

I hope everyone has a great Friday and a wonderful weekend!
