I figured I would give an update on sweet Emma. Her dental and growth removal went well. She is sporting 3 staples in her little noggin and we will get the results in 5-7 days regarding what the growth is. She has been a trooper for sure!
Last week I promised Kyle's soldiers that I would bring in cupcakes this week. Of course, I can't just make one kind, I am making 5! My day will be spent baking and prepping all this goodness to go to work with Kyle tomorrow.
I started my 4 new classes yesterday and it was pretty overwhelming at first but I know it will get better. I'm sure I will find a rhythm and these next 8 weeks will fly by.
Yup this is how I felt when I logged in haha.
I am going to leave you with these adorable new photos of our nieces and nephew...love these kiddos so much! I'll be visiting the older two next month and I can't wait to see them.
Hope you all have a great day!!!!
Glad Emma is doing well. Keeping fingers crossed that the results are good! Now that's my kind of baking! My co-worker makes everything from scratch and shakes her head at me when I make anything from a box. But, I think the box mixes taste great and most of the work is done for you so you can enjoys the art of baking.

ReplyDeleteUnrelated, were you at the Freedom Crossing Starbucks today? My friend Julie and I have a standing date there every Wednesday and I was pretty sure I saw you, but by the time I realized it, you were halfway out the door. I just thought it was crazy to actually see someone from their blog in the flesh - that's a first for me!
So glad Emma is doing okay. She's the sweetest! Those soldiers are so lucky! I love baking too. :)
