For the 2nd time this week I went running with Britt from Aviation of Love. We met up on post last night with no particular goal in site. We are both training for the Fort Bliss 10 Miler so we knew we wanted to get a significant distance in.
Well all I can say is that this picture shows what a successful 6 mile run looks like! We accomplished that in 1 hour and 18 minutes. We were stoked and had to take a celebratory picture haha. Honestly, I know we could have gone farther but we were smart to stop when we did. I am proud of both of us!
Also, I want to wish my Dad a very very Happy Birthday!!!! I love you!!
I hope you all have a great day!
Nice! Congrats!

DeleteIn awe! SIX FREAKIN' MILES!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteAww thanks! :) It felt amazing!!!
DeleteYou are amazing. I have no doubt in my mind that you will KILL the 10 mile run!
ReplyDeleteWay to go! If you are at 6 now, you'll def be ready for 10 in August. I admire y'all for running in the evening. The radiant heat coming off the sidewalk is too much for me. I'd always rather run in the morning, although I know it isn't always possible.
ReplyDeleteThanks Amy! :) I sure hope so!!
DeleteHoly moly chick!! That is a tremendous run and that photo would be of me on the pavement by that point! Haha! Great job!
