It's been over 3 months since I've done anything with my hair. It's starting to drive me crazy, so naturally it's time for a change. This is how I had it done back in May:
I loved it but not sure I want to do the same thing. The color dulled pretty quickly and with how fast my hair grows it looks nothing like this anymore. I have had my hair every possible length and almost every color imaginable. I think I may go back to something like this:
I love the color of my hair in this picture! I know for sure that I will be cutting some length off, just a matter of figuring out the perfect color.
What do you guys think?
What about something inbetween, like an auburn color (a la emma stone)?
ReplyDeleteI like both colors, and you look completely different in each of them! The darker color is sophisticated, and the blonde is beachy-summer and fun!
ReplyDeleteI like both colors, but maybe a darker shade for the fall?
ReplyDeleteI like both colors (I know, not helpful). I was born a blonde and in my early 20's I wanted dark hair so I dyed it.....big mistake for a natural blonde. 6 hours later in a salon chair and I was back to blonde. As much as I want to dye my hair color, I dont want the upkeep....Why does being a girl have to be so difficult?!? LOL :)
ReplyDeleteI really like the color in the second picture! It is cute!
ReplyDeleteI think you would look good with a dark red/brown color! But I must say, I really like the first cut the best! :)
ReplyDeletei like the second one for summer! i'm trying to change my hair to fit the seasons. :)
ReplyDeleteI think you can rock both colors! :)
ReplyDeleteI also vote for a darker red color. It'll look great for fall.
ReplyDeleteI think you would be great with a lighter brown. It would make your eyes pop more!

I think brown & some red would be pretty!
ReplyDeleteWhat about an in-between color? Like a chestnut brown color.
ReplyDeleteBoth are so cute...you are definitely one of those lucky people who can pull off light and dark colors!
ReplyDeleteI have been wanting to change up my hair since having my baby, but I don't know if I am ready to commit yet. But I like both pictures, maybe do something in between, like a golden brown for fall, or brown with subtle highlights???
ReplyDeleteI like the ideas, thanks Kelsey!! I have a hard time keeping one hairstyle for too long haha.
DeleteI vote for red! ;-)
ReplyDeleteI really like your hair dark! It looks great, but I understand the color wearing off. I love it, though.
ReplyDeleteThe top color looks great on you! It's a shame that it dulled so quickly!! Have you considered some sort of red?
ReplyDeleteIt's funny we both posted about our hair today! I like both styles, but I think I like the bottom color better. I think it fits you very well!
ReplyDeleteWhat about the top style shorter so when it grows it still looks good? I love that cut on you. You could do lighter.
ReplyDeleteI loved the darker hair. It looked great on you. But nothing is more annoying as your hair color gradually changing. say go with the lighter color, especially if you are leaning towards it anyways. I'm no help on the cut though. Short is cute. Long is safe IMO.
ReplyDeleteYou look beautiful in both pictures!! But I think I like the darker hair. Either way you will still look gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteQuit being so gorgeous! ha. ;) I really like how the dark color in the first picture really brings out your skin! But the lighter color is just as pretty... I know, I'm no help, haha.
ReplyDeleteI love it darker! But It's hard to make it stay dark. Mine too always faded when I go dark. Maybe you could do it really dark all over and get Carmel lowlights. That way you have a little bit of both and if it fades you still get the look you want
ReplyDeleteOoo I just read the first comment from Kate and I love the auburn color idea! I looove your hair the length it is in the first photo :)
ReplyDeleteI like it either color, but I really like the cut in the first photo. It suits you. You have a beautiful smile.
ReplyDeleteYou look beautiful with both colors! I like the dark color a teensy bit more. :)
ReplyDeleteI think the dark colour suits you best. It's so... sophisticated!
ReplyDeleteI like the dark hair!
ReplyDeleteI like both on you! The red you had in your 2011 pre-deployment pictures was really pretty too. :)
